You must be at least 18 years old and a practicing or aspiring professional in the mental health, therapy, or coaching fields. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and not misleading, including your professional status and credentials.

Your Anchor offers:

• Monthly Subscription Tier with full access to community features
• Premium Tier offering exclusive content, advanced tools, and expanded professional resources

Additionally, users may purchase access to live and recorded Lighthouse Sessions hosted by experts and thought leaders.

Billing: All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

We aim to create a safe, respectful, and professional community. You agree not to:

• Post or distribute spam, advertisements, or self-promotional material
• Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Misrepresent your professional identity or credentials
• Violate ethical standards of your profession
• Share any content that identifies real patients, clients, or confidential case details

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

Your Anchor is a collaborative space that values both innovation and safety. The platform relies on its members to report and help vet any therapies, procedures, tactics, methods, or modalities that:

• Are not peer-reviewed
• Lack broad professional consensus
• Are not supported by empirical, evidence-based standards

Community input ensures we uphold professional integrity while fostering open exploration.

You retain ownership of content you post, including text, images, and resources. By posting on the Platform, you grant Your Anchor, Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, and share your content within the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user content.

Users may engage in direct messaging and community discussions. You may block or report other users. We maintain a transparent and values-based moderation policy to ensure fairness and integrity. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action taken, which may include warnings, content removal, or account suspension.

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform (excluding user content) is the property of Your Anchor, Ltd. and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the community. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform is error-free. Your Anchor, Ltd. is not responsible for:

• User interactions or disputes
• Professional advice given or received via the platform
• Losses due to system outages or unauthorized access

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 6 months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.
